We expect our educators and support staff to strive for excellence, not perfection, in all they do. We're also looking for people who support those around them in their own journeys of excellence. Our staff members carry the banner for our school, understanding that they are representatives of our district in their day-to-day lives and are a bridge between our campuses and our community. Lastly, our staff are merchants of hope. Students in the modern classroom face unique challenges inside and outside of our school walls. Each member of the SCSD staff has an opportunity to be a positive impact in the lives of the learners they interact with on a daily basis.
